Gluten free, sugar free flapjack

No refined sugars, just honey, oats, butter and coconut. Lovely and light and a nice pick me up with a cuppa after a chilly dog walk this afternoon

400g oats

200g honey

100g dessicated coconut

200g butter

-melth the butter and honey, add the oats and coconut and spread into a baking tin lined with parchment. Bake on a 180 / 160 fan oven for about 20 mins. Score into pieces whilst warm.
