As someone who often skipped brekkie thinking I wasn’t all that hungry and I’d save the calories, I am loving my new breakfast routine.
Inspired by deliciously Ella’s porridge recipe i have created one that my fella and I both adore. It’s as sweet as pudding and keeps me going somedays till 2pm!
Simply put oats in a pan, add coconut or almond milk and a chopped banana. Cook for 5-8 mins till the banana has melded into the porridge, then add frozen berries and i serve mine with a little handful of flaked almonds.
All good stuff, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free 👼😊
