After not eating meat for a month or so now i was starting to get a craving for something with beef. I adore boeuf bourgignon and so opted for some nice organic shin beef from a local producer. I add fried shallots, bacon and baby mushrooms for the last hour which just takes the flavour overboard. My fella had mash tattoos but i opted for just broccoli and peas.
