Delightful puttanesca with salmon…

Normally i make puttanesca and eat it with a pile of spaghetti and parmesan….but….on my quest to a skinnier moi, i opted to just have it with salmon. Yuuuuuuuum! 

Totally taste sensation and super healthy 



The sauce consists…

  • 6 skinned and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Tin of anchovies
  • Ev olive oil
  • Garlic
  • De-seeded red chilli, chopped
  • Chopped black olives 
  • Fresh basil

Cook the garlic and chilli in the oil, add the chopped tomatoes, then throw the rest in and simmer for 20-25 mins.
