Normally i make puttanesca and eat it with a pile of spaghetti and parmesan….but….on my quest to a skinnier moi, i opted to just have it with salmon. Yuuuuuuuum!

The sauce consists…
- 6 skinned and chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp capers
- Tin of anchovies
- Ev olive oil
- De-seeded red chilli, chopped
- Chopped black olives
- Fresh basil
Cook the garlic and chilli in the oil, add the chopped tomatoes, then throw the rest in and simmer for 20-25 mins.
