Cooked up some quinoa in lemon juice and water, stirred in a little roasted squash abs sweet potato. A little roast pepper and onion and a drizzle of e.v. Olive oil with a pinch of piri piri …delish!
But….. A severe attack of IBS followed a few hours after whilst out walking. Still suffering with crampy oauns today although milder.
Does anyone else get gut problems with quinoa?
I have had on and off IBS problems over the years and think ill start keeping a food diary to monitor the trigger foods.
