I don’t usually eat a deal of meat, but occasdionally i crave my favourite Sri-lankan curry. So tonight i made it and it was a triumph. Today has been a no snacking day which has suited me better overall.
Yesterday i nibbled on tiny morsels all day, nuts, seeds etc.
After reading more around it last night i decided to try adding more protein to my meals today to help with feeling satisfied.
It worked a treat! I had 3 meals and no snacks. Felt good to have a six hour fast between each meal.
