The night before…
I soak about 30g oats in a posh tea cup and add enough coconut milk to cover, give it a mix up – pop in the fridge.
In the morning…
Stir in half a tsp of honey. Put a dollop of yogurt on top. Grate some apple over. Sprinkle on cinnamon. Tumble over a few raspberried and sprinkle on seeds and or chopped nuts….,
