- 70g seeds processed to a powder
- 35g mixed seeds
- 40g rice flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp hobey
- Sesame seeds
- Onion seeds
- 150ml water
Preheat oven to fan 160. Line a medium tin with parchment.
Put the processed seeds in a bowl with all the other ingredients apart from the sesame and onion seeds. Mix well.
Pour the mixture onto baking tray, level out with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle sesame and onion seeds on top.
Bake for approx 35-40 mins
Take put the oven, cut into squares and leave to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
